Capital Campaign Event

DESCRIPTION

The JCC wanted to educate the public on tolerance by using the events of the Holocaust as a teaching tool. Our charge was to help people make a personal connection with history, while delivering a message of hope. We created consistent visuals by using a butterfly, which is a meaningful symbol to the Jewish community, and which is also seen as a symbol of renewal to the general public.

SURVIVOR CARDS

Eight different 4×6 cards with stories and photos of survivors ensure they are not forgotten.

PROMO CARDS

Eight different 5.5” x 8.5” cards were produced to explain the project and the rail car. On the back was a story about a survivor. Full decks of cards were made available to attendees of a campaign event.

These were sold and served as a fundraiser and a marketing brand awareness builder.

KIOSK POSTERS

Interactive kiosks allowed visitors to hear survivors talk about life before, during and after the Holocaust while waiting in line before the event. The cards were attached to entice visitors to understand the signifiance of the railcar and presentation.
